Il 27 febbraio 2008 si è tenuto a Roma, nella Sala delle Colonne della Camera dei Deputati, un convegno intitolato “Le relazioni turco-armene” organizzato dalla rivista “Quaderni Radicali” in collaborazione con l’ “Unione Amicizia Italia-Turchia”.
Gli interventi introdotti da GIUSEPPE RIPPA, direttore di Quaderni Radicali, e da OMER ENGIN AS, Vice Presidente dell’Unione Amicizia Italia-Turchia sono state tenute dal Prof. FEROZ AHMAD, scrittore e docente di Storia Turca presso l’Università Yeditepe di Istambul, Sua Eccellenza il Dottor FARUK LOGOGLU Primo Ambasciatore e Presidente del “Centro di Ricerche Strategiche Eurasia”, TÜRKKAYA ATAÖV docente di Relazioni Internazionali, i Parlamentari UMBERTO RANIERI e DARIO RIVOLTA e GIANFRANCO SPADACCIA ex parlamentare e leader storico del Partito Radicale.
L’evento si è tenuto in presenza di Sua Eccellenza Ugur Ziyal Ambasciatore della Repubblica Turca in Italia.
Quello che segue è un abstract degli atti del convegno con i soli interventi dei relatori turchi. Gli atti completi del meeting sono stati pubblicati in italiano sul n. 102 di Quaderni Radicali (speciale novembre 2008).

In Rome, On 27 February 2008, a meeting entitled “The Turkish-Armenian relations”, organized by «Quaderni Radicali» in collaboration with “Unione di Amicizia Italia-Turchia”, was held at the Column’s Hall of the House of Commons.
The activities, introduced by GIUSEPPE RIPPA and OMER ENGIN AS, Vice President of “Unione Amicizia Italia-Turchia”, were attended by Prof. FEROZ AHMAD, writer and lecturer of Turkish History at Yeditepe University of Istanbul, His Excellency Dr.FARUK LOGOGLU former ambassador and Chairman of the “Eurasia Strategic Research Center”, TÜRKKAYA ATAÖV lecturer of International Relations, members of Parliament UMBERTO RANIERI and DARIO RIVOLTA and the former parliamentary and historical leader of the Radical Party GIANFRANCO SPADACCIA.
The event was held in the presence of His Excellency Ugur Ziyal the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Italy.

The full proceedings of the meeting were published in italian language in Quaderni Radicali number 102 (special issue in 2008 november.
